  5. Now place the balls in a plate and cover it & keep it in a warm place again for half an hour..
  6. After half an hour it will again get puffed up in size. Now steam it in a steamer or in a idli stand or place the plate over the steaming bowl and cover it with a towel then put a lid over it and steam it for 15 mins. The towel will absorb the extra moisture or vapour from the steam and your pav will remain soft for long time..
  7. Before serving it put some butter over it and roast the pavs for a min then serve. It will taste just heaven..
